Workday Analyst/Support
PRI Technology is seeking a Workday Analyst to support the Workday Enterprise platform for a top-tier investment banking client. The role involves configuring and managing Workday modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the system as a core business application.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with HCM, Finance, Payroll, Information Technology, and other departments to gather and document system requirementsPerform hands on functional and security configurationParticipate in testing system changes (e.g., upgrades, enhancements, new functionality)Assist with system data audits, quality checks, and data entry as neededDocument processes and maintain user guides or training materialsStay informed about Workday releases and support testing of new featuresProvide tier-1 user support for Workday-related questions or issuesIdentify and suggest opportunities to enhance and improve current processesHelp troubleshoot system issues and support day-to-day Workday operationsSkillsBasic understanding of enterprise systems, HRIS, Finance, or Payroll conceptsStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingGood problem-solving and troubleshooting abilityEagerness to learn technical system functionality and processesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent organizational abilities and habitsStrong sense of confidentiality and data integrityProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsBenefitsVery generous base salaryEmployee benefits packageCompany OverviewProven is a full-service digital consultancy dedicated to empowering mission-driven organizations.
