The role involves managing client accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and value delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and engagementIdentify and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning client needs with Red Oak's expanding product suiteServe as the primary point of contact for client communications, issue resolution, and strategic planningCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value deliveryTake the lead on expansions and amendments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely executionMonitor account health metrics, usage trends, and client feedback to proactively address risks and uncover growth opportunitiesMaintain a deep understanding of Red Oak's platform capabilities and how they can be applied to solve client-specific challengesStay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and client business developments to provide relevant, forward-looking guidanceRepresent Red Oak at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen relationships and promote our brandSkills7+ years of account management, account executive or client-facing roles within a SaaS or financial services technology environmentProven track record in both investment wholesaling and enterprise software salesProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, drive the sales process from plan to close, and position complex solutions effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to deliver coordinated client outcomesFamiliarity with financial services workflows, compliance requirements, and SaaS business modelsProactive, self-motivated, and highly accountable, with a strong desire to thrive in a high-growth, client-centric environmentAI tools are a standard part of account management workflows — drafting client communications, summarizing meetings and tracking upsell opportunitiesCompany OverviewRed Oak’s Compliance Connectivity Platform unifies content creation, review, distribution, and supervision into a single, compliance-grade system built specifically for financial services.
