Β *We are strictly hiring in states in which our franchise currently operates in. Our franchise owns Weed Man Lawn Care branches in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Idaho, Utah, and Nebraska **

Β Base hourly wage, with unlimited commission structure. (No cold calling!)

Β Day work hours 9 AM to 6 PM CST Monday through Thursday and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST Friday. No holidays! No Sundays! Some Saturday overtime available during the Spring season (April through June). Please note, training hours may vary from the regular sales hours.
What's expected of me as an Outbound Sales Associate?
Β WeΒre looking for motivated, friendly, coachable & punctual individuals to join our team.
Β You will also receive customer service, outbound sales & agronomic training.
Β We need closers!
Β You must have your own equipment that meets the minimum requirements!

Β *Must have a computer with an I5 generation processor or equivalent, Solid State Drive, 8GB RAM (Chromebooks are not compatible), and meet minimum speed requirements for internet services. No computer is provided from the company.**
