รย Recording proceedings with high-fidelity audio technology for clear and comprehensive documentation.
รย Annotating case events and terminology accurately for precise transcription.
รย Conducting in-depth research and verifying information from various sources.
รย Utilizing digital databases and online research tools proficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
รย State Notary Commission or eligibility to obtain it
รย Possess or have the ability to obtain certification/state licensure (in required states)
รย Familiarity with or willingness to learn about U.S. civil procedures
รย Possess or be willing to acquire digital reporting equipment
รย Comfortable moderating live legal proceedings
รย Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
รย Strong technology skills, especially in typing
รย Professional demeanor, reliability, punctuality, and appearance
รย Willingness to work as an independent contractor
รย Note: No shorthand nor stenography is required
รย Willing to work both remotely and in person
