Remote Bookkeeper

If you have a passion for numbers and a commitment to precision, this position is an excellent fit. Key Objectives Maintain accurate financial records and manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Support financial reporting and compliance requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes. Responsibilities Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, and payments. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and review bank reconciliations on a regular basis. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Maintain organized and up-to-date bookkeeping files and documentation. Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed. Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records promptly. Utilize accounting software to input and manage financial data efficiently. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the cosmetics or retail industry. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
