Key Responsibilities:
• * Monitor live operations and systems during the night shift.
• * Respond promptly to any alerts or incidents, escalating as necessary.
• * Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• * Document incidents and actions taken for future reference.
• * Conduct routine checks and maintenance tasks as required.
• * Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote or work-from-home setting.
• * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• * Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• * Proficiency in using monitoring tools and software.
• * Availability to work night shifts on a consistent basis.
• Experience:
• * Previous experience in live monitoring or operations roles is highly desirable.
• * Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment is a plus.
