 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
 Utilize online platforms and social media to attract candidates effectively.
 Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.
 Match candidates' skills and experiences with client requirements.
 Facilitate the onboarding process for successfully placed candidates.
 Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and tools.
 Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
 A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for matching candidates to opportunities.
