They are seeking a Senior Program Manager, People Programs & AI to lead cross-functional HR initiatives and leverage AI to improve HR processes and workflows.ResponsibilitiesLead complex, cross-functional HR initiatives from planning through executionDevelop project plans, timelines, governance structures, risk mitigation plans, and success metrics for enterprise HR programsCoordinate stakeholders across multiple HR functions to drive alignment, accountability, and executionMonitor program progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive resolutionFacilitate working sessions, steering committees, and executive updates for key initiativesSupport change management activities associated with new HR programs, processes, and operating modelsDocument and standardize processes, lessons learned, and best practices across HR programsAssess HR workflows and processes to identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and operational improvementsPartner with HR teams to map current-state and future-state processesResearch emerging AI tools, capabilities, and industry practices relevant to HRSupport the design, testing, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions across HR functionsMeasure and track the impact of AI and automation initiatives, including efficiency gains, employee experience improvements, and adoption metricsDevelop recommendations for process improvements that increase scalability and reduce manual workHelp build AI literacy and change readiness across the HR organizationBuild strong partnerships across HR functions and business stakeholdersInfluence without direct authority to drive progress on shared goalsTranslate complex concepts into clear communications and actionable plansBalance competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes and business valueServe as a trusted partner to HR leaders on transformation initiatives and operational improvementsSkills5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent, Organizational Effectiveness, or related people-focused functions6–10+ years of experience in program management, HR transformation, consulting, business operations, HR operations, or related fieldsStrong understanding of how generative AI and emerging technologies can be applied to improve employee, manager, and HR team experiencesDemonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholdersStrong project and program management skills, including planning, execution, governance, and risk managementExperience driving process improvement and organizational change initiativesExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience supporting HR, People Operations, Talent, or organizational effectiveness functionsExperience evaluating or implementing AI, automation, workflow, or productivity solutionsFamiliarity with HR technologies and employee lifecycle processesExperience with process mapping, change management, or operational excellence methodologiesBenefitsEligible for an annual bonusParticipation in Gainsight’s equity programFully covered medical premiums (employee-only)Flexible PTO401(k) planDental and vision coverageRemote work options$10,000 lifetime fertility stipendAccess to coworking spaces around the globeDedicated Recharge Holidays - one long weekend each quarter to relax and resetMentoringCareer development opportunitiesCompany OverviewGainsight is a technology company that offers a range of software for optimizing the customer experience and improving product analytics.
