Responsibilities:

ΓΒ Develop close relationships with our customers and understand what it takes to ensure their success
ΓΒ Develop customer trust by consistently following through on actions and operating with integrity
ΓΒ Participate in a mission-driven culture of high-quality performance, emphasizing customer service, consistency, dignity, and accountability.
ΓΒ Assist the team in carrying out departmental responsibilities and collaborate with colleagues to support short- and long-term goals.
ΓΒ Communicate promptly and accurately to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
ΓΒ Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
ΓΒ Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
ΓΒ Excellent phone skills
ΓΒ Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
ΓΒ Experience with Microsoft Office
ΓΒ Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus
ΓΒ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
ΓΒ Multitasking and organizational skills.
ΓΒ Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
ΓΒ Attentiveness and patience
