What You'll Do

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Listen actively to understand customer needs and resolve their issues on the first call whenever possible.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide guidance to customers experiencing problems with products or services. You'll be trained to handle a wide range of technical scenarios.
Account Management: Utilize cutting-edge systems and technology to complete account management tasks, update customer information, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Sales Opportunities: Recognize sales opportunities and apply your training to upgrade customers to new products and services that meet their needs.
Product Education: Explain and position products, services, and processes clearly to customers, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions.
Escalation Management: Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction or complex issues to the managerial team while maintaining professionalism and ensuring a positive outcome.

Essential Qualifications


Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to type swiftly and accurately (minimum 20 words per minute)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Basic understanding of Windows operating system
Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
Must be customer service oriented – empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious
Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a remote work environment
Strong team orientation and customer focus

Full-time employees become eligible for our standard group benefits offering after 90 days of employment. All employees are eligible to opt for our MEC medical plan after only 30 days of employment. Benefits options and plans may vary slightly by location.
