We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Work from Home Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence. **Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of the internet for business use
* Ability to learn new computer systems and adapt to changing technology
* Strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
* Friendly and professional attitude, with the ability to quickly develop rapport with customers
* Flexibility in schedule, with the ability to work full-time and/or part-time based on the specific position
* Reliable and predictable attendance, with the ability to work shift work and overtime as required

* Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
