Limit X Solutions, in collaboration with the Arise Platform, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in either English or Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong customer service orientation. We partner with Fortune 500 companies offering work-from-home opportunities.
This is a 1099 position. You also have the flexibility to work multiple call center jobs, provided you complete the training for the first job before starting the second.

Duties:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with orders... returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Skills:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial
