This role involves designing and executing marketing automation programs, primarily using the Eloqua platform, to support complex sales cycles and improve client engagement.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the marketing automation strategy aligned with Global Data Centers business objectives and pipeline growth targetsDesign and implement multi-channel lifecycle programs, including lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and re-engagementDevelop scalable frameworks to support enterprise B2B buyer journeys and long sales cyclesPartner with demand generation, content, and digital teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact campaignsOwn, maintain, and scale the Eloqua platform to support global marketing initiativesDesign and implement campaign templates, program architectures, and automation workflowsLead execution and optimization of automated campaigns across email, web, and integrated channelsDrive A/B testing, personalization strategies, and continuous optimizationArchitect solutions with Salesforce as a core dependency, ensuring seamless integration between systemsAlign lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and data models across Eloqua and SalesforceEnsure accurate campaign attribution, funnel visibility, and pipeline reportingTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across both platformsEstablish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring high data quality and GDPR complianceDefine and implement segmentation, lead scoring, and client and prospect engagement strategiesBuild and maintain clear documentation, playbooks, and operational processes to support global consistencyTroubleshoot system and campaign issues to ensure reliable executionMap and harmonize data schemas, campaign structures, and processes across regions and business unitsEnable scalable solutions that support a globally distributed marketing organizationIdentify opportunities to leverage AI-driven capabilities to improve segmentation, targeting, and operational efficiencyHelp build clean, structured data foundations to support future AI and advanced analytics use casesEvaluate and recommend enhancements and integrations to enhance Eloqua and other connected platformsAct as the subject matter expert for marketing automation within GDCSupport cross-department marketing campaigns at both a global and regional (or country) levelServe as a bridge between technical systems and business strategySkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field5–8+ years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or campaign managementProven hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale Eloqua instances or comparable enterprise platformStrong expertise in Salesforce, including data models, lead lifecycle management, and integrationsDemonstrated ability to design and execute complex lifecycle and lead nurturing programsStrong analytical skills with experience in reporting, attribution, and performance optimizationSolid understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)Experience in B2B enterprise environments, ideally within technology, infrastructure, or data center industriesFamiliarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and toolsExperience supporting system integrations and data migrationsExposure to broader Oracle Marketing Cloud ecosystem or enterprise MarTech toolsExperience working in a global, matrixed organizationStrategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into scalable automation programsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsA data-driven approach to decision-making and optimizationPassion for innovation in marketing technology, AI, and customer experienceAbility to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, global environmentRemain stationary for long periods of timeOperate computer, peripherals, and other office equipmentPerform work during US business hours and global time zonesTravel required 10% of timePerform work from a remote location with stable internet connectionCertifications in Eloqua or related platforms are a plusBenefitsA monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.Employees receive paid time-off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and supplemental insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending account, and 401k retirement plan to create a rich Total Rewards package.Company OverviewNTT Global Data Centers is a division of NTT DATA.
