**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work From Home Customer Product Specialist, your primary duties will include:
* Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
* Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
* Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
* Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested
* Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to follow specific instructions and maintain attention to detail
* A curious spirit and willingness to learn
* The ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
* Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
* A digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
* Honesty and reliability
* Good communication skills (an asset)
* Be at least 18 years old
