• Excellent customer service skills
• Be comfortable with a commission position

Here are the responsibilities that come with this position:
• Contacting and maintaining a professional relationship with clients
• Booking appointments
• Taking and submitting online applications
• Following up with the back office
• Attending weekly virtual calls
• Explaining policy cover to the client once the policy is approved
• Maintaining stellar interpersonal skills
