Work-from-Home Clinical Administrative Associate (Remote – Day & Night Shift) position:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare or administrative support role (clinical or research setting preferred)
• Strong data entry and computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, EMR software, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• High-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with clinical trial documentation or working in biotech/life sciences companies
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology
• Experience using platforms like EPIC, Cerner, or other EMRs
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field
