Ā Handle escalated customer service concerns to preserve customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationship.
Ā Manage daily attendance for the team, manage daily team chats, Assist supervisor with escalated... calls.
Ā Identify and provide opportunities to associates to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to increase work performance.
Brief Job Requirements:
Senior experience within a call center as a supervisor/leader.
Healthcare experience preferred.
