What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide Help Desk phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
Acquire knowledge and proficiency in systems leveraged by the Help Desk to assist members effectively
Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
Assist with the startup of new clients, including new group enrollments, changes, and deletions
Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and credit card processing as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
Completion of mandatory training programs, including HIPAA Privacy Course and HIPAA Security Course
Exceptional phone, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
