Roles & Responsibilities:
ā¢ Arrange travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings, and more.
ā¢ Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
ā¢ Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
ā¢ Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
ā¢ Provide proper documentation to the clients such as authorization forms, flight tickets, theme park tickets
Qualifications & Skills:
ā¢ The desire to assist with making amazing vacations
ā¢ Time management skills, you are your own boss
ā¢ Basic computer skills
ā¢ Excellent customer service
