As a Travel Advisor, you would be responsible for helping our customers plan vacations, from choosing the right destination to arranging airfare and accommodations. You would also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering customer questions and resolving any issues that may arise. This is an Independent Contractor position.
Responsibilities...
Ā Provide high-level customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Ā Help customers choose the right destination and activity based on their needs and interests
Ā Research and recommend airfare and accommodations that fit the customer's budget and needs
Ā Create detailed itineraries for customers, including all travel arrangements
Ā Handle customer payments and provide final invoices
Qualifications:
Ā Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer experience
Ā Good research and organizational skills, able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ā Familiarity with common travel booking sites and applications
Ā Experience in a customer service or sales role
Ā Must be 18+ years of age
Ā Must have a computer and internet
