What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
- Utilize training and knowledge to accurately respond to customer inquiries and sell products
- Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and coordinating with other departments
- Document and process customer orders accurately in the appropriate systems
- Stay updated on program knowledge and changes through training and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or contact center environment
- State or Federal work experience
