Women’s Health Performance Partner (Remote / Wellness & Fitness)
About Quarters Health: Quarters Health is a premier telehealth clinic specializing in hormone optimization and peptide therapies. We're rolling out a preimenopause/menopause program for women aged 35-55. We focus on "Performance Optimization" rather than just symptom management. We are licensed in 45+ states and offer comprehensive HRT (Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone) and Peptide Therapies (GLP-1s, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, etc.). The Role: We are seeking independent Health Professionals (Personal Trainers, Nutritionists, Health Coaches, RDs, or simply you have a large network of women who fit our patient demo) to partner with our clinical team. Your role is identify clients within your existing practice/network who are struggling with hormonal issues (weight loss resistance, fatigue, poor recovery, low libido, vaginal dryness, etc) and refer them to our medical providers for treatment. Responsibilities: • Identify existing clients who are showing signs of hormonal imbalance or metabolic stall, sleep issues, energy dip, etc. • Educate clients on the potential benefits of medical intervention (HRT/Peptides) alongside their current fitness/nutrition plan. You can also just introduce them to our team and we'll take care of it. • Refer qualified candidates to Quarters Health for bloodwork and physician consultation. • Collaborate (optional) with our clinical team to adjust client fitness programming based on their treatment protocols if you handle diets/training. Qualifications: • Must currently work with female clients aged 35-55 or have a network of them. • Ideally a background in Fitness (CPT), Nutrition (RD/CNC), or Health Coaching (NBC-HWC) but not necessary if you think you'd be a good referral partner. • Understanding of basic hormonal health markers is a plus, but not required (training provided). • Strong communication skills. Compensation: • Structure: 100% Commission / Performance Based. • Rate: $75.00 - $100.00 per successful patient referral (Intake + Labs). • Potential: Uncapped earning potential based on referral volume. Most partners make a few thousand a month on low end with minimal time commitment. • Perks: Access to discounted labs and treatments for yourself.
