Wix Developer Needed – WhatsApp Automation, Image Preview & Chatbot

We are looking for an experienced developer to build a WhatsApp automation and chatbot system for our Wix eCommerce website.

Our business sells custom embossed license plates where customers choose their text and design online.

The goal of the project is to improve conversions and automate customer communication using WhatsApp.

Main Features Needed

1. WhatsApp Automations connected to Wix:

- Abandoned cart messages

- Messages to customers who filled signup forms

- Thank-you messages after purchase

- Follow-up messages if a customer designed a plate but didn’t complete the order

2. WhatsApp Chatbot:

- Customer support

- Technical support

- Shipping questions

- Product questions

- Order status

- Encourage customers to complete their purchase

3. Product Preview System:

On each product page there should be a button like:

“Get WhatsApp Preview”

Flow:

Customer enters plate text and phone number

→ System generates a preview of the customized license plate

→ Preview is sent automatically via WhatsApp

→ Chatbot can continue the conversation and allow edits

→ Customer receives a link to continue checkout with their customized product
