WFH Remote Executive Assistant (Junior Level) Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Shifts)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant (Junior Level) to provide administrative support to our executive team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is professional, reliable, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a supportive and dynamic remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and organize internal and external documents for executive meetings
• Assist with email and inbox management, including drafting responses and flagging important messages
• Conduct basic research and compile reports or presentations as needed
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
• Take meeting notes and distribute action items
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, file organization, and document formatting
Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role (internship experience counts)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• A high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion)
• Interest in learning and growing within the role and company
Work Schedule & Compensation:
• Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, flexible hours)
• Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week (flexible schedule available)
• Remote work with paid training
