Wedding Assistant

We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine love for creating unforgettable experiences. If you are a self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for weddings, we want to hear from you! Assist in the planning and execution of all aspects of Disney weddings, including but not limited to coordinating with vendors, creating timelines, and managing budgets. Provide exceptional customer service to couples and their guests throughout the entire wedding planning process. Maintain detailed records and documentation relating to all aspects of the wedding planning process. Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure all wedding details are seamlessly integrated and executed. Assist with on-site set up and coordination on the day of the wedding, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly. Act as a liaison between the couple and vendors to ensure all requests and special accommodations are met. Continuously monitor and update wedding trends and industry standards to ensure that Disney weddings remain innovative and magical. Assist in the development of new wedding packages and offerings to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and advertise Disney weddings through various channels.
