We are a fast-growing beauty brand looking for a highly experienced Website UI/UX + CRO Specialist to audit our website, fix friction points, and implement strategies that drive immediate and long-term revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a full website audit to identify usability and conversion friction points. Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and mobile experience for both quick wins and long-term performance. Implement upsell/cross-sell strategies to increase average order value sustainably. Improve website speed, mobile optimization, and overall user experience. Set up A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rates and identify high-impact opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to ensure website aligns with ads, emails, and social campaigns for maximum ROI. Expectations & Deliverables: Fastest revenue impact within 7–14 days, plus strategies for ongoing conversion optimization. Clear recommendations and implementations that increase conversion rates, lower bounce rates, and boost AOV both immediately and over time. Regular reporting on results and actionable insights. Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in e-commerce conversion optimization. Strong UX/UI, mobile-first design, and checkout optimization skills. Experience with A/B testing tools, Shopify, or similar platforms. Data-driven mindset with measurable results from past projects. Extras: Experience in beauty/lifestyle brands.
