Website Developer / Webmaster – WordPress, Hosting, Maintenance & Landing Pages
Overview
We are seeking a reliable website developer/webmaster to maintain and improve our existing flight school website infrastructure.
This is NOT a branding or marketing strategy role.
We need someone who can:
Maintain site functionality
Implement requested updates
Improve usability
Ensure reliability and responsiveness
This role will work closely with our CRM/automation specialist.
Primary Responsibilities
Website Maintenance
Maintain website functionality and uptime
Update pages, layouts, pricing, and program information
Fix broken links and formatting issues
Maintain mobile responsiveness
Hosting & Technical Management
Manage hosting environment
Maintain backups and security updates
Manage WordPress/plugin updates
Troubleshoot website issues quickly
Landing Pages & Form Integration
Build and maintain landing pages
Embed and support CRM forms
Coordinate with CRM specialist on:
Form implementation
Tracking scripts
Conversion flow
Site Optimization
Improve site speed and usability
Maintain clean navigation and conversion flow
Ideal Candidate
Strong experience with:
WordPress
Page builders (Elementor preferred)
Website hosting
Responsive/mobile optimization
Basic SEO best practices
Form embeds/integrations
Bonus
Experience working with CRM integrations
Basic HTML/CSS/JS skills
Aviation or education industry experience
Engagement
Ongoing role
Mostly maintenance + periodic projects
Hourly preferred
