Ā Participate in training sessions to develop your skills in customer interaction and product knowledge.

Ā No prior experience in customer service or chat support is required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
Ā Excellent written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
