Medical Science Liaison

The organisation is focused on translating cutting‑edge biology into impactful clinical programs, with a strong emphasis on scientific rigour, clinician engagement, and data‑driven development. As the company continues to progress its pipeline, there is an opportunity for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Senior MSL to serve as a field‑based scientific expert, supporting clinical development and external scientific exchange. This role sits within Medical Affairs and plays a critical part in building trusted relationships with key external stakeholders, while ensuring high‑quality scientific insights inform internal strategy and decision‑making. As an MSL / Senior MSL, you will operate cross‑functionally across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and R&D, acting as the scientific bridge between the organisation and the external medical community. You will be responsible for: • Acting as a field‑based scientific expert supporting clinical and research programs • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and clinical sites • Supporting investigator‑initiated studies and facilitating high‑quality scientific exchange • Communicating clinical data and scientific concepts in a clear, compliant and balanced manner • Gathering actionable insights from the field and feeding them back into clinical and development strategy • Supporting clinical trial initiation, site engagement, and ongoing investigator collaboration • Representing the organisation at scientific congresses, advisory boards, and external meetings • Collaborating closely with internal teams including Clinical, Medical Affairs, and R&D We’re looking for a field‑focused scientific professional who can operate at the intersection of clinical science and external engagement, with the credibility and insight to support early‑stage clinical development. You will ideally bring: • An MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced life sciences degree • Prior experience as an MSL or in a clinically‑facing scientific role • Background or experience in cardiology, rare disease, and/or cell therapy (preferred) • Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development processes • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with external medical experts • Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills • Ability to operate independently in a field‑based environment • Willingness to travel as required Why This Opportunity?
