We're looking for a sharp and crypto-native Web3 Hedge Fund Associate to join our remote team in the USA. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital asset markets, hedge fund investing, and high-conviction research across the Web3 landscape. You will help identify and evaluate investment opportunities, monitor market developments, and support portfolio strategy across a fast-moving digital asset ecosystem.
• *What You Will Do
• Research and evaluate Web3 investment opportunities across cryptocurrencies, DeFi, infrastructure, Layer 1, Layer 2, gaming, AI x crypto, and emerging blockchain sectors.
• Support market research, project diligence, and investment analysis across liquid digital asset opportunities.
• Prepare investment memos, research reports, and market updates to support portfolio decisions.
• Monitor portfolio positions, market narratives, token catalysts, unlock schedules, and ecosystem developments.
• Analyze token models, protocol traction, competitive positioning, and market trends across blockchain projects.
• Work closely with the broader team on sourcing, diligence, thesis development, and portfolio monitoring.
• *What We Are Looking For
• Experience in hedge funds, investment analysis, crypto research, digital assets, asset management, or related financial roles.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain networks, tokenomics, and digital asset market structure.
• Ability to assess investment opportunities, market trends, and risk across fast-moving sectors.
• Familiarity with crypto research platforms, market intelligence tools, and analytics resources.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced Web3 environment.

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 USD annually (commensurate with experience)
