Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Account Manager to join our Activation Team in the Northern California market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our strategic outreach vision, managing and growing a network of strategic accounts, and driving engagement with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic retail accounts to drive engagement and growth
Articulate our value proposition, overcome objections, and build trust and credibility with decision-makers to secure business
Coordinate and execute outreach events, communications, and marketing campaigns to generate high-quality student and learner inquiries
Provide remote and onsite support for students and learners at strategic retail partner locations and connect them to enrollment and academic teams as needed
Develop and manage a network of contacts and referral sources, and assess client needs to provide feedback to the leadership team
Collaborate with the larger Activation Team to ensure strategic alignment and adoption of best practices


Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in account management, business development, corporate outreach, and lead generation, preferably in the education industry
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Proven ability to close deals and drive business growth
Strong listening and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly alter outreach approach based on client response
Self-motivated and able to motivate others
Able to travel up to 50% of the time and work in a fast-paced environment


What We Offer:

Competitive salary range: $66,000 - $99,000 per year
