In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and on-brand web experiences that showcase Rho’s products and campaigns. You'll partner closely with our cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable front-end solutions using React and Storyblok.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong UI development skills and a passion for shipping performant, pixel-perfect interfaces that convert.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain marketing landing pages, product pages, and campaign-driven web experiences in StoryblokDevelop responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces from Figma filesCreate and maintain reusable React components and front-end patterns that support rapid iteration and scalabilityCollaborate cross-functionally with Design, Growth, Product Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Client ServicesSupport QA processes by testing across modern browsers and devices, identifying and fixing styling or functionality issuesContribute to continuous improvement of our frontend stack and developer workflowsYou Have2+ years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack developmentProficiency in React and Next.js, with experience working in modern Git workflowsExperience building within a CMS like Storyblok, or similar tools (e.g. Contentful, Sanity, etc.)Solid understanding of semantic HTML, modern CSS, and responsive design principlesA strong eye for design fidelity and detail—comfortable translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect codeA collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environmentBonus PointsExperience working with web performance optimization, A/B testing tools, or analytics platformsFamiliarity with accessibility best practices and WCAG standardsPrevious experience supporting marketing or growth teams with dynamic campaign needsOur people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $145,000-$167,000.Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs.
