If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers leave our store feeling satisfied and valued * Promote our products and services to our customers, providing them with information and recommendations to help them achieve their goals * Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, providing support and assistance as needed * Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate and informed advice to our customers * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset * 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, often hectic retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Bi-lingual an asset, but not required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role * Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop your skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays * Experience with customer service software and systems, such as CRM and POS **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, often hectic retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals * Strong product knowledge, with the ability to stay up-to-date on our products and services * Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, even in challenging situations **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and knowledge.
