Web Development Engineer (Node.js/Next.js)

Tasks Developing and maintaining our core platform, built on a Node.js monorepo using Nx. Building and iterating on user-facing features using modern technologies like Next.js, modern TypeScript, and Shadcn UI. Collaborating with the founding team to design and implement new features, with a strong focus on creating a decent and intuitive user experience (UX). Working extensively with AI-powered tools and agents, including Claude, to accelerate development and build intelligent features. Contributing to a high-performance, results-oriented environment where your dedication and passion are paramount. Taking ownership of your work and having a direct impact on the product and our growing user base. Participating in the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and beyond. Requirements Solid experience with Node.js and a strong understanding of its ecosystem. Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks, especially Next.js. Proficiency in TypeScript and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code. A natural talent for UX and layout. You don't need to be a professional designer, but you must have a strong intuition for what makes a great user experience. A genuine passion for learning and a desire to work with cutting-edge technologies, including AI. The ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
