Project Scope: This project involves creating a straightforward, professional website that highlights our construction services, portfolio of past projects, company background, and contact information. While simple in scope, attention to detail, functionality, and user experience are essential. Responsibilities: • Design and develop a responsive, user-friendly website tailored to a construction business. • Implement clear navigation, service pages, and an easy-to-update portfolio/gallery. • Ensure mobile and cross-browser compatibility. • Integrate SEO best practices for visibility. • Set up a contact form with spam protection. • Provide basic training or documentation for updating content. • Deliver the completed website within the agreed timeline. Requirements: • Proven experience in website development (portfolio required). • Proficiency in front-end and back-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress or similar CMS). • Experience designing service-based or construction/real estate websites preferred. • Strong understanding of responsive design and UX principles. • Ability to follow instructions while also providing creative input and recommendations. • Excellent communication and time-management skills. • Available to begin immediately and deliver promptly.
