In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and developing smart, data-driven, and AI-powered solutions that improve our operations and empower our teams to make a greater impact.
Your day-to-day will involve building software integrations, developing automation, optimizing data workflows, and leveraging emerging AI technologies to solve complex problems. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where technology can streamline processes and unlock new ways to serve the communities we work with.

What will your day to day look like?
Design, develop, and maintain backend and web solutions to strengthen MEDLIFEs internal systems and data workflows.
Build and integrate AI-powered tools using APIs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar technologies.
Develop automation workflows and data-driven solutions to improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Technology, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities.
Build and maintain scalable integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance across all solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support for AI, data, and software initiatives.
Research and test emerging technologies to continuously evolve MEDLIFEs digital ecosystem.
