Washington Licensed Pediatric Nurse
A company is looking for a Pediatric Behavioral Health Nurse Care Manager to support children and families through their healthcare journey with a focus on behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Deliver coordinated, family-centered virtual care management to improve behavioral health outcomes for pediatric members
ā¢ Develop personalized, goal-oriented care plans in collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team
ā¢ Support members through behavioral health treatment plans and help families navigate treatment options and resources
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
ā¢ Must reside in a compact NLC state with an active Compact RN license in good standing
ā¢ 5+ years of nursing experience with 2+ years in a pediatric behavioral health setting
ā¢ Willingness to become licensed in multiple states and current CCM Certification preferred
ā¢ Comfortable managing a wide range of pediatric behavioral health conditions
