Warehouse Worker
Location: Los Angeles, 90033
Schedule: Full-Time | Hourly | 3:30PM-12AM (Sunday-Thursday)
Pay Rate: $17.87 per hour
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Your Role at a Glance
As a Warehouse Worker, you'll use material handling equipment and warehouse management systems to:
ā¢ Order pulling and picking, for outbound shipments
ā¢ Order and product staging
ā¢ Receive and put away inventory
ā¢ Replenish pick locations
ā¢ Support clean, safe, and organized warehouse operations
What You'll Do
Loading & Shipping
ā¢ Load pallets in correct temp zones & spec order
ā¢ Hand-stack, restack, and secure trailers as needed
ā¢ Pre-cool trailers and set cooling units
ā¢ Use dock restraints and follow all SOPs
Equipment Operation & Safety
ā¢ Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF units
ā¢ Conduct daily inspections of equipment
ā¢ Follow lifting techniques and safety protocols
Housekeeping & Standards
ā¢ Keep your area clean and clutter-free
ā¢ Minimize product damage and reduce waste
Performance & Flexibility
ā¢ Meet daily production & accuracy goals
ā¢ Be ready to assist across departments
ā¢ Occasionally support inventory counts

ā¢ High school diploma or GED required
ā¢ Previous warehouse and MHE experience a plus
ā¢ Flexible schedule availability, including nights/weekends
ā¢ Strong team spirit and ownership mindset

Physical Demands & Safety
ā¢ Frequently lift, carry, and stack products
ā¢ Perform repetitive movements: bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, squatting, grasping.
ā¢ Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods on concrete or cold storage floors.
ā¢ Build pallets up to 6 feet high with cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
ā¢ Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, reach trucks).
ā¢ Work in fast-paced environments requiring dexterity and attention to detail.
ā¢ Tolerate cold temps (below Ā° in some areas) and varying noise levels.
ā¢ Work safely in tight spaces and around racking; occasional climbing/stooping.
ā¢ Maintain endurance for continuous, physically demanding tasks.
ā¢ Use headsets and PPE (steel-toed boots, gloves, safety glasses, etc.).
ā¢ Work around common food allergens (e.g., fish, shellfish, peanuts).
