The movement, storage, and dispatch of goods require the Warehouse Stocker at FedEx to perform an important function. It is imperative to maintain a smooth operation of the warehouse while loading and unloading shipments, arranging packages, and documenting everything accurately. The Warehouse Stocker enables timely deliveries through precise execution of the role responsibility.
Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Stocker:
ā¢ Handling the loading and unloading of packages from delivery vehicles.
ā¢ Ensure shelves and bins are properly marked and labeled to facilitate easy identification and retrieval.
ā¢ Preparing parcels for transport includes attaching tags, taping boxes, and guaranteeing their security.
ā¢ Handle materials proficiently with Pallet Jacks and Hand Trucks.
ā¢ Execute inventory inspections and sustain meticulous logs of inbound and outbound consignments
ā¢ Mitigate safety hazards in the warehouse by regularly cleaning and organizing the space.
ā¢ Assist in the organization of shipping and receiving tasks.
Qualifications of Warehouse Stocker:
ā¢ Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
