Warehouse Operator

Role and Responsibilities: This physically demanding position involves performing key warehouse functions to support daily operations and ensure the accurate and timely movement of goods. As a Warehouse Operator, your responsibilities will include: • Loading and unloading pallets and individual cases from trailers • Selecting cases accurately based on order requirements using warehouse systems • Operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment (training and certification provided) • Stacking cases on trailer floors or loading trailers using carts • Performing housekeeping and sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Required Skills and Experience: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Available to work on weekends, holidays, and across various shifts • Capable of lifting 15 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time • Physically fit to bend, climb, kneel, reach, and stretch throughout the shift • Comfortable with repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying tasks • Willing to work at elevated heights using ladders or lifts • Able to operate in environments with high noise levels, temperature extremes, humidity, and slippery surfaces Compensation and Benefits: • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • Tuition reimbursement and educational assistance • Access to employee discounts and exclusive perks About FritoLay: FritoLay is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
