We have a full time position available for a WMS Administrator. As a part of our sustainment team, your role is to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support for the Warehouse Management Solution to continue to build value for our customers’ distribution solutions.

We have a full time position available for a WMS Administrator. As a part of our sustainment team, your role is to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support for the Warehouse Management Solution to continue to build value for our customers’ distribution solutions.
What a Day In The Life Looks Like
- On-call requirement: Be available for 5-7 shifts per year to provide support during critical system issues or outages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related software.
- Quantify problems and escalate to external vendors (ERP, Honeywell/Vocollect, RF Hardware Providers).
- Oversee configuration migrations across WMS environments.
- Generate and modify reports using Dashboard, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
- Develop and mentor WMS Super Users and Trainers on warehouse best practices.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in WMS environments and operational troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Global experience and proficiency in English preferred.
- Expertise in SQL performance, database queries, and WMS software (e.g., Körber/HighJump, Manhattan, SAP-WM).
