Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Order Processing: Prepare and process orders, ensuring accuracy in labeling, documentation, and shipment tracking.
Shipping & Receiving: Verify and document incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and ensure proper storage.
Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately enter data into inventory and logistics systems while generating reports as needed.
Coordination & Communication: Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and transportation teams to facilitate smooth workflow.
Safety & Compliance: Follow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
General Warehouse Support: Assist with basic warehouse tasks, such as organizing inventory and supporting loading/unloading operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:Prior experience in warehouse operations or clerical work is preferred.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, inventory systems).
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
