Key Responsibilities
• *

Conduct outbound/inbound calls to customers, providing information about Delta Airlines services, promotions, and products.
• *

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
• *

Assist customers with booking, cancellation, and rescheduling of flights.
• *

Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• *

Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
• *

Collaborate with team members and managers to improve customer service delivery.
• *

Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and preferences.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
• *

Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM software.
• *

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• *

Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident in handling customer interactions.
• *

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• *

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Freshers with no prior experience in BPO or telecalling roles are encouraged to apply.

No prior work experience required; however, any experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling will be an advantage.

Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
• Working Hours
• *

Full-time positions available.
• *

Flexible shifts: Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (rotational shifts may apply).
• *

5-day working week (weekends may be included based on shift allocation).
