Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch customer service and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Your ability to analyze risks, identify coverage needs, and negotiate policies will directly impact our client's success and contribute to our overall growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for assigned commercial insurance accounts.Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable coverage recommendations.Review policies for accuracy, identify coverage gaps, and propose necessary adjustments.Coordinate with insurance carriers to secure competitive quotes and negotiate terms.Assist clients with claims, ensuring prompt and fair resolution.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes to insurance products.Provide proactive and exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure coverage aligns with clients' evolving needs.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for client growth and retention.
Requirements
Qualifications and SkillsA minimum of 2-4 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management.Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations.Familiarity with insurance carriers, underwriting processes, and rating practices.Proficiency in using insurance management systems and MS Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.ExperienceWA Group welcomes candidates with varying levels of experience for this position, including entry-level, mid-level, and senior professionals. Previous experience in commercial lines account management or related roles is highly desirable.
