Full Time Hotel Maintenance Technician Needed!

We currently are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Maintenance Technician must be friendly, professional and able to communicate, read and write in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualified candidates have strong working knowledge in the areas of:
? Patching & Painting
? Plumbing
? Electrical
? Knowledge of PTAC
? Technical/maintenance work
? As well as general and deep cleaning.
ATTRIBUTES:
Positive Attitude, Effective Communication Skills, Pleasing personality, Good listener, be a team player and have the Ability to work well independently. Previous Hotel or Apartment Maintenance experience preferred. Position available immediately. Must have an open availability.
