Ogburn Concrete Leveling and Resurfacing is looking for a driven Vuba Foreman to lead a crew installing premium Vuba Stone systems and concrete repair products. This is a hands-on, leadership role where you'll not only ensure high-quality work on residential and commercial projects but also deliver a top-tier customer experience. Key Responsibilities
? Supervise and participate in the installation of Vuba Stone and other concrete repair systems
? Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality workmanship from your crew
? Operate concrete finishing tools (hand and power): trowels, floats, screeds, etc.
? Coordinate daily jobsite tasks and crew assignments
? Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction throughout the process
? Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized jobsite
? Use provided tech tools (tablet or smartphone) for job tracking and reporting
? Travel to project sites as needed-per diem provided for travel jobs
? Uphold a positive team atmosphere and lead by example on every job
Qualifications
? Proven concrete finishing experience: pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
? Comfortable using both hand and power finishing tools
? Physically capable of kneeling, crawling, and lifting without restriction
? Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
? Strong work ethic and ability to work with your hands
? Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
? Leadership experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person
