• Enablement of partners and CROs (Clinical Research Organizations)
• Connected devices: enabling their use in clinical studies
• Enterprise-class capabilities of all our product offerings
• Integrations with third-party health-data systems
• Administration, provisioning, and other internal tools

Responsibilities
• Leadership of the Enterprise Experience Pillar
• Building a high-performing organization
• Delivery of an enterprise SaaS platform with high quality, high predictability
• Partnership with Product, Design, Quality Engineering
• Measurement of value delivery & productivity
• Ensuring compliance with health industry requirements
Skills & Experience
• MUST HAVE
• Director level experience, managed managers
• Recruiting experience; grown team from scratch to 60+
• Enterprise SaaS experience
• Predictability & Quality focus
• NICE TO HAVE
• Integrations experience
• Healthcare experience
• Startup experience
Minimum Level of Education
• BSCS minimum
