The Global Sales Head will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and executing sales strategies in the US market. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven record in AI contact centre sales. The individual will lead the sales team, focusing on revenue generation and building strong channel partnerships. Key responsibilities include market analysis, client engagement, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, ensuring the achievement of targets and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the US sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on C-level engagements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of AI-driven contact centre solutions and their value propositions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product development teams.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and actionable insights to senior management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in AI contact centre sales and revenue generation.
• Deep understanding of the US market landscape and customer dynamics.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a high-performance sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
