VP Engineering (Full-time, Remote) (San Francisco)

Our ideal candidate has previously designed and built web and mobile apps in the real world, with attention to functionality, performance, and style. They will be responsible for leading a team of Engineers who own the entire engineering lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. What is ClosedWon AI? Responsibilities: • Provide inspiring and consistent leadership to the team and make executive decisions on behalf of the companys technological requirements • Collaborate with the companys leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems • Develop technical aspects of the companys strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals by directing and maintaining ClosedWons strategic technology vision, trajectory, development, and potential future use case areas • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage • Architect codebase for maintainability and scalability • Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services • Protect the security and integrity of ClosedWon and client data by ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards • Communicate technology and product strategy to team members, clients, partners and investors • Implement frontend designs by collaborating with the team and contributing to the interpretation • Manage technology budgets and timeframes Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • Previous experience as a VP Engineering or a similar leadership role • Experience in Frontend Javascript (e.g. React.js, Redux), Ruby on Rails, Database, System Management (Amazon Web Services AWS) and Software Architecture • Understanding of budgets and businessplanning at the startup level • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research • Familiarity with collaboration tools to coordinate and distribute information across multiple platforms • Must have a growthmindset and ability to thrive in an agile team environment Nicetohave: • Previous experience working in a startup • Previous experience working with a globally distributed or remote team Why join ClosedWon? • Career growth: learn realworld tech experience • Team: You will work side by side with the brightest talents, including the CEO/CoFounder, Zen Lenon • Flexibility: work from home, or from anywhere in the world so long as you have an internet connection • Inclusion and diversity: we are globallydiverse and were committed to ensuring equal opportunity for all applicants What is expected of you at ClosedWon? • Mindfully listen and apply feedback • Create an impactand provide value outside of working scope • Demonstrate integrityand do what is right, especially when no one is looking • Express transparencyto be your authentic self • Be tenacious, learn fast and learn often Thank you for your interest in ClosedWon! #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
