They are seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to provide training and education to users, support sales training, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver customer training and education.ResponsibilitiesActs as the subject matter expert for the use of our products in our key market segments to support company revenue growth goalsCollaborates with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education i.e., curriculum, process/tools and programsDevelops a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulates the clinical & economic value propositionParticipates in product evaluations and installationsAssesses needs and ensures comprehensive education and hands-on training on our products, including maintenance and troubleshooting that addresses all members of the clinical teamProvides education and training necessary to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accountsThis is a remote position (home-based in the greater New York area) with the ability to travel overnight (60%) and work flexible hoursSkillsBachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experienceCurrent RRT license is requiredMust be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialingPrior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferredPrior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferredExisting In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferredAbility to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materialsBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionHSAFSA401K matchingPaid parental leaveA wellness stipendTuition reimbursementCompany OverviewSentec is a Swiss-American medical device company specializing in respiratory care.
